The 2 Axis Motorized Rotary Stage is a precision azimuth-elevation positioning platform designed for laboratory testing, sensor positioning, automated measurement and other applications requiring accurate two-axis angular motion.
The system consists of an azimuth axis and an elevation axis, both driven by single-turn absolute servo motors. The azimuth axis provides a rotation range of ±180°, while the elevation axis provides ±45° travel. Both axes offer a positioning accuracy of ±0.03° and a maximum rotation speed of 30°/s.
The standard configuration supports a 10 kg payload and can accommodate a test object of approximately 250 mm cube size. The mechanical structure is made of aluminum alloy with black anodized surface treatment and adjustable leveling feet.
The motion controller supports independent two-axis control, position mode and speed mode, motion status feedback, emergency stop protection and power-off protection. Communication interfaces include RS232 serial communication and Ethernet, and control software as well as secondary development documentation are provided for integration into automated test systems.
